| I was curious. Is it polite for beginners to dance more in the middle of the floor at a Milonga? I assume this would allow more advanced dancers to travel around the line of dance easier. Ever heard anything like this? |

If you dance at the outer area, you are supposed to follow line of dance faster than people in the inner areas: so beginners dance at the middle of the dancing floor because they are not able to travel at required speed of outer lines. |
